Annnywayyysss, cooking bacon in the oven really is the new black. Usually bacon is a guaranteed oil-spattering-all-over-the-counter-&-also-in-your-eyes-experience.

But this is so simple and almost mess-free.
Ingredients:
[ 1 package of turkey bacon | pepper | oven ]
Heat oven to 400 F. Place bacon on a foil lined cookie sheet (for maximum cleanup ease). Pepper your bacon. Continue to pepper your bacon. Bake for about 15 minutes.
